2. Go to the Competition Page in Notes or follow the link here

3. Click Share and forward to your friends or post to your profile & get them to Like our fanpage too

4. Get them to post your name in a comment under the competition note.

5. The person who's name comes up most wins a t-shirt of their choosing www.meandyu.com
