You may have come across The Cocoa Emporium whilst visiting Afflecks. They moved in a few months ago stocking chocolate and handmade cakes to die for they've been tempting us on a daily basis. Now they've moved into a great new space on the first floor and expanded to make a small cafe. Why not stop off and have coffee and cupcakes next time you're in Afflecks (they serve vegan cakes and soya milk too!!)

But you want something a bit more substantial to eat why not try North Tea Power on Tib Street (just a stones throw away from Afflecks next to Simple bar). This brand new spacious cafe is a lovely place to sit and escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the free wifi. Quality matters to these guys, so if you love good coffee, speciality teas or good fresh local food this could be your new favourite place....
